By accessing the Platform or availing the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Platform.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Full name, date of birth, gender, and marital status (where relevant to the document type, e.g. affidavits, wills)
- Contact details — mobile number, email address, residential/registered address
- Government-issued identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence) required for e-KYC and verification
- Property, tenancy, business, or transaction-specific details necessary to draft the requested legal document
- Biometric data (photograph, fingerprint, or video) collected during doorstep or video verification, where required by law for registration or notarisation
- Payment information (processed via our third-party payment gateway partners — we do not store full card or bank credentials)
- Communications with our support team, including chat, email, and WhatsApp correspondence

- Usage data (pages visited, time spent, referring URLs)

- Logistics/courier partners — for physical delivery of signed or registered documents
- Nyayastra (an affiliated platform within the same ecosystem) — only where you consent to a matter being escalated for legal advice or dispute resolution
- Law enforcement or regulators — where legally required, including in response to a valid court order or government request
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, including any statutory retention period applicable to legal documents, KYC records, and financial transactions under Indian law. Identity and KYC documents are typically retained for a minimum period as mandated by applicable regulations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is required for an ongoing legal matter.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage — to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
